Reframe Psychology, a Sherwood-based private psychology practice, seeks a warm, highly organised Client Services & Practice Coordinator. This part time role (10–15 hours/week) supports client experiences, clinician needs and smooth day-to-day operations. Strong systems and tech skills help keep tasks moving and issues resolved.
You will engage with clients, manage bookings and payments, coordinate with a virtual admin team and ensure accurate records across Cliniko and other systems.
