Jetstar Airways is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join the Jetstar People team. The role, based at Jetstar HQ in Docklands with hybrid work, is 12-month fixed-term and full time.

You will provide ER capability across Jetstar’s operational portfolios, handling complex employee relations matters, disputes and compliance projects while advising business leaders on risk and decisions. The role spans strategic and hands-on work across frontline leaders and IR strategy, with duties including
