Key responsibilities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong understanding of tyre fitment, tyre sizes and rims
Strong understanding of suspension and vehicle accessories
Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships
Motivation to achieve sales and customer service goals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail/workshop workplace
Confidence using computers and POS systems (Marlin experience highly regarded)
