About the role
We are looking for experienced Sales professionals with a background in construction, waterproofing or flooring to join the Bayset team. No two days will ever be the same as you work towards growing your region with the key responsibilities of the role including, but definitely not limited to:
Prospecting and growing Bayset's sales and GP margin
Maintaining regular and productive service to customers in your territory & beyond
Striving for constant improvement in; knowledge, service application, technical know-how, efficiency, and genuine behaviour while adding value to Bayset and your customers businesses
Troubleshoot on site with customers ensuring a seamless customer experience
Using technical competence to assess situations & be solutions provider
Preparing quotes and tenders in accordance with company sales and pricing policy
Support the Seven Hills Branch team to deliver a high level of customer experience
About you
To be successful in this position, you will possess knowledge, skills and previous sales experience in the following key areas:
Trade experience withdemonstrated understanding of the construction, waterproofing, tiling or flooring markets is a must
Experience in sales within the construction industry will be highly regarded
Outstanding track record in sales
Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed sales, business development and negotiation skills
Able to work with Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and CRM
Have a current Australian Driver's License
You will also possess traits which demonstrate:

Comfortable in liaising with all levels of decision makers
A genuine can-do team player, reliable and energetic, with an ability to work autonomously
A strong aptitude for marketing and sales in the flooring industry
