The Shire of Yilgarn is seeking a reliable Leading Hand to supervise Road Construction and Maintenance Staff on a full-time basis at Shire worksites in Western Australia.

You will provide on-the-job training, monitor productivity, assist in civil works, and must hold a WA HR driver’s licence and a White Card, with the physical ability for manual tasks. This is a stable, full time supervisory role with local projects.
