The Wesley Hospital in Brisbane is seeking a Chef in our Food Services team to deliver upmarket hospital cuisine, support executive functions and work in a hotel-style room service kitchen.
Required: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least two years post-apprenticeship experience. You will rotate through kitchen sections, uphold food safety, HACCP and PPE requirements, and be willing to obtain recommended vaccinations.
