As a Kitchen Hand,



you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our centre by assisting with meal preparation, cleaning kitchen areas, washing dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Working alongside our kitchen and centre teams, you will help ensure meals are prepared and served in a clean, organised, and welcoming environment that supports the health and wellbeing of the children in our care.

The opportunity

We are currently taking applications for an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented kitchenhand to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is worked at 5 days per week, from Monday to Friday.

You will be working alongside our centre cook to provide balanced and delicious meals for children 6 weeks- 6 years.

Requirements

Current Working With Children Check (Victoria), or willingto obtain

Experience in a similar role

Ability to speak fluent English

Ability to take initiative in the role
