You will interpret legacy policy terms and coordinate with advisers, trustees and fund administrators to deliver timely, accurate entitlements and a seamless customer experience.

The role focuses on complex Group policies with IP/TPD, requires careful analysis of policy changes, and robust stakeholder communication.
