Rugby World Cup Australia (RWCA) is delivering the Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027. Based in Sydney CBD, RWCA seeks a Workforce Coordinator to support planning, onboarding, uniforms, training and tournament-time activities, ensuring staff have a seamless experience from onboarding to the tournament.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, rostering, communications and documentation, with travel to host cities as needed and in office support from a dedicated workforce team.
