Silverchain is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Multidisciplinary Care team in Bunbury and surrounds, promoting autonomy and community re-engagement. You will create and oversee reablement programmes, help clients achieve personal goals and work with a wide allied health team to deliver person-centred care.

Work is Monday to Friday 8am–4pm with potential for a 7 or 8 day fortnight; a home garage vehicle may be provided, and a robust development and benefit framework
