DCC Industry Group is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide trauma-informed care for children and young people with complex needs in a residential setting in Queensland. The role requires 24 hours per week with regular sleepovers (2pm–6am or 4pm–8am) to support independence and positive life outcomes.
You will work within the Trauma Recovery Model, building reliable relationships, supporting emotional regulation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
