Compass is seeking a Software Test Engineer to ensure quality, performance, and reliability across web, iOS, and Android apps. You will design and maintain tests, run manual and automated checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing frameworks and release confidence.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of automation testing experience, with programming knowledge in C#, React, or JavaScript, and familiarity with test management and agile workflows.
