yd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and nurturing a people-first culture. You will lead by example and coach the store team to achieve performance, planning and operational goals.

You will conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager, provide timely feedback, and act as the manager on duty during the Store Manager's RDO and annual leave, ensuring smooth operations and solid team morale.
