This full‑time, ongoing role reports to the Nurse Manager Sterilisation Services and focuses on daily operations, continuous quality improvement, and staff development.

You will oversee staffing, rosters, and resource use while ensuring compliance with AS/NZS5369:2023 and NSQHS, maintaining safety
