We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Scrub Scout Nurses to join the Perioperative team at Northern Private Hospital on a permanent Full Time/Part Time basis. You will work within a modern and supportive environment alongside a highly respected team of surgeons, nurses and support staff in state-of-the-art facilities, where we value collaboration, clinical excellence and continuous learning.

About You

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses with strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

You will:

- Contribute to a friendly, caring and secure environment for patients
- Be a positive and committed team player
- Demonstrate a robust passion for excellent customer service and patient-centred care
- Thrive in a varied, fast-paced clinical environment
- Demonstrate professionalism and act as a positive role model at all times
- Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Scrub Scout nurse
- Orthopaedic experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and professional practice
