About the Role:

Working as part of our Broker Support Team, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience from initial enquiry through to settlement and beyond. You will work closely with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, referral partners and our Broker Team to ensure every application progresses smoothly, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing client enquiries and onboarding from initial contact through to broker assessment.
- Collecting,



reviewing and validating client information and supporting documentation.
- Preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete and compliant.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and referral partners throughout the process.
- Managing lender requests and approval conditions to ensure applications progress efficiently.
- Coordinating loan pricing discounts and loan variations
- Providing regular updates to clients and brokers on progress.
- Managing post settlement activities, file finalisation and ongoing client support.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, workflow management and compliance documentation.
- Assisting with general administration, process improvements and delivering an exceptional client experience.

- Robust proficiency with technology, including CRM platforms, workflow systems, booking/appointment software

- Highly developed interpersonal skills with a professional and polished manner
