We’re seeking an experienced National Retail Manager to lead our full‑price retail network across Australia. Reporting to the Head of Retail for Australia & New Zealand, you will drive commercial performance, elevate customer experience and develop high‑performing Store Managers across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, multi‑site leadership role with regular interstate travel.

What you'll do:

- Lead national performance across all full‑price stores, driving sales, profit and KPIs
- Coach and develop Area Managers and Store Managers to build high‑performing teams
- Oversee national retail operations, compliance, rostering efficiency and store execution
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer experience and brand presentation
- Manage national VM,



GTM execution and store standards
- Oversee assortment planning, stock flow, replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion and customer feedback to identify opportunities
- Deliver national marketing campaigns, promotions and loyalty program initiatives
- Conduct store audits and drive improvement plans across the network
- Partner with key stakeholders across Retail, VM, Marketing, Planning and HR.

What you'll bring:

- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, coaching and team development capability
- Solid understanding of retail metrics, stock management and VM execution
- Highly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Outgoing, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
