YMCA Victoria in Mount Alexander Shire is seeking a Senior Operations Centre Coordinator to lead contract operations across four seasonal pools. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering and timesheets, and ensure daily operations meet contractual requirements, quality systems and safety guidelines.

This full-time fixed-term role offers an hourly rate of 40.07 AUD plus super, with opportunities for career development and a supportive team environment.
