Komatsu Australia is seeking a Leading Hand Tradesman to support and coordinate our mining maintenance team in Queensland. You’ll stay connected to the technical side while taking ownership of safety, work allocation and team performance.

This role requires a trade qualification in heavy mobile equipment, hands-on supervision, and solid problem-solving skills. You’ll mentor technicians, liaise with planners, and help maintain OEM standards across the site.
