South32 is seeking a Lead Finance qualified for GEMCO, on a 4:3 roster with FIFO from Cairns or Darwin. You will oversee GEMCO's finance function to support operational success, financial discipline and sustainable value creation.

Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, capital investment advice, JV engagement and building finance team capability to drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have 10+ years in finance in large listed environments and hold a CA/CPA and
