This permanent, full-time role operates on the Afternoon shift, guiding a practical team to meet safety, quality and production targets.
You’ll coach and develop team members, allocate work, monitor output, and collaborate with nearby teams to maintain smooth production flow in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
