DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a strategic Category Manager to lead category strategy for Yates and Seasol, acting as the customer voice across sales, marketing and insights. You will combine consumer and shopper insights to identify growth, and drive range, portfolio and pricing decisions with major hardware retailers.

You will own the category strategy, manage range optimisation, and guide pricing cycles, while presenting transparent, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
