Georges Mediterranean is seeking experienced, guest-focused Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team.

One of Sydney’s established King Street Wharf dining destinations, known for vibrant Mediterranean food and energetic service. Georges is a favourite with locals and visitors alike, with a reputation for memorable guest experiences.

Previous experience is required, and this role suits individuals who thrive in busy service environments and genuinely enjoy guest interaction. Evening, weekend and Public Holiday availability is essential.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

- Positive attitude, reliability, teamwork and strong communication
- Confidence managing a section independently
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Confidence carrying plates and trays
- Excellent guest engagement and presentation
