An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable and award-winning luxury residential builder delivering some of Sydney's most impressive architecturally designed homes. We are seeking a proactive, driven and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a high-end residential new build in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The project involves complex structural works, basement construction and exceptional architectural finishes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead all in office construction activities, subcontractors, and trades
- Drive construction programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved and works remain on schedule.
- Managing site safety and WHS compliance
- Overseeing quality control and making sure work meets the plans, specifications and Australian Standards
- Work closely with the Contracts Administration and Construction Management teams to ensure seamless trade procurement, scheduling and site coordination.
- Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, quality and attention to detail.




- Take full ownership of site operations from construction through to completion.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thinks ahead and has the drive to deliver exceptional projects.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end, architecturally designed residential projects.
- Experience managing projects valued at $5 million+, ideally $10+
- Strong knowledge of structural works, basement construction and complex builds.
- An excellent understanding of high-end finishes, detailing and quality expectations.
- Experience using construction management software, ideally Procore.
- The ability to work autonomously, take initiative and anticipate challenges before they arise.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
