@realty in Surfers Paradise is seeking a Gold Coast Property Manager to support our agents’ rent rolls from our head office. This full time, office-based role focuses on operational, legislative and administrative tasks to keep the portfolio running smoothly.

You’ll manage a broad portfolio across multiple states, handling day-to-day PM tasks, arrears, maintenance, and compliance while keeping agents informed on tenancy law changes. Monday–Friday, no weekends.
