CoolDrive Auto Parts invites a proactive People and Culture Advisor/Generalist to join at Box Hill HQ, with relocation to Boronia in 2027. The role covers WHS, engagement, learning and development, and performance management across branches, distribution centres, and offices.

You will own the P&C; function, advise managers, maintain HR records in Employment Hero, and help build a protected, productive workplace. A relevant HR qualification and strong communication are essential.
