We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and commercially savvy Hotel Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the next chapter of one of Australia's most iconic luxury hotels. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for guests, talent and owners.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager functions as the strategic leader of hotel operations. You will provide strategic oversight for operational departments including Rooms, Engineering, Housekeeping, Beverage & Food and Spa while driving commercial performance, guest satisfaction & talent engagement. You will work closely with discipline leaders to execute operational strategy, elevate service delivery & ensure the hotel consistently exceeds brand & business expectations.

- Driving operational excellence across all areas of the hotel
- Leading, coaching & developing talent
- Delivering solid financial performance through effective revenue, labour & cost management
- Championing guest satisfaction & luxury service standards
- Creating an engaging,

- Identifying opportunities for innovation, operational improvement & business growth
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, security & legislative requirements
- Leading hotel operations during critical incidents & emergency situations when required

About You

You are a proven hotel operations leader with a passion for people & performance. You combine commercial acumen with emotional intelligence & understand how to build teams that consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Significant senior leadership experience within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment
- Strong understanding of Rooms, Beverage & Food and hotel operations
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, profitability & operational performance
- Exceptional leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing & leading high-performing teams
- Robust business acumen with the ability to analyse data & make strategic decisions
- A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence throughout the hotel
