Job Description

Must have minimum 8 -15+ years of relevantexperience with valuable analytical skill having experience in SAP Archiving/ILMImplementation, Deployment or Support projects.

Should have worked in at least couple ofend-to-end SAP Archiving implementation projects preferably in SAP ECC/ S/4System(s) having in-depth knowledge in the below-mentioned areas.

Database: Advanced SQL optimisation for SAP HANA

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical debugging skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Leadership: Proven experience leading technical project tracks

- SAP ILM system decommissioning experience
- Experience in achieving implementation invarious environments like ECC, S/4, CRM, SRM & HR etc. systems.
- Experience in PTP, OTC, FICO etc. cyclearchiving of the transaction data and all other modules. Understanding thebusiness flow of the same.
- Archiving in ECC system as part of systemmigration or conversion.




- Should pose Techno-functional archiving skills.
- Handling business and experience onrequirements gathering process.
- Experience in the reporting tool for theeffective retrieval of archived data.
- Expert in handling unstructured data solutions.
- Hands on experience on archiving testingprocess.
- Experience and involvement in deployment andcutover activities.
- Handling team and coordination with functionaland client stakeholders.Creation of Rules & Policies through ILMand Defining the Archiving strategy along with the execution and monitoringof the Archival jobs.
- Knowledge in the ILM scenario like ILMSnapshot, Conversion, GDPR implementation, Retention Management &Retention; Warehouse.
- Knowledge in the Audit area for the customspecific requirement.
- Knowledge in the Handling of Policies in ILMfor the object specific requirement like Company Code, Sales Organization& Plant level.
- Knowledge in the Blocking and the retrieval ofthe archived data through PBS & AIS.
- Experience of handling PBS add-on, PBS serverand PBS configuration
- Experience of working with AWS S3 or Azure BlobILM store
- Knowledge on working with content/archiveservers like OpenText, IBM, KGS etc will be good to have skill.
- Experience of archiving assessments andsolutions including third party solutions in the market
- ILM system decommissioning experience
- Structured and unstructured data archivingexperience e.g. DMS, archive link and GOS attachments
