Metro Trains Sydney is seeking Customer Journey Coordinators – Stations (CJC-S) to join our Customer Operations team across Southwest Sydney, from Sydenham to Bankstown. You’ll be visible, trusted and focused on helping customers travel safely and confidently every day.

This 24/7 role involves rotating 12-hour shifts, including early starts, nights, weekends and holidays. Permanent full time opportunities offered across our Southwest stations with comprehensive training and development.
