Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Ballarat is seeking an experienced and organised Administration Assistant to join our busy, close-knit team.

You’ll start November 2026 with 1 training day per week, then cover approximately 6 months of maternity leave from March 2027. After maternity, transition into an ongoing part time role of about 2-3 days per week, in a supportive, friendly local team.
