NSW Health is recruiting for Registered Nurses to join the Hospital@Home team across the Illawarra Shoalhaven region. The role delivers acute and sub-acute hospital-level care in patients' homes, supporting early discharge and hospital avoidance.

The RN will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care, assess and plan nursing care, and promote positive health outcomes while upholding NSW Health CORE values.
