You will use clinical expertise to support people with severe or complex mental health needs in a diverse, community-based role and build meaningful connections to access the right care at the right time.

The role is full-time in Hobart with a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to culturally safe practice.
