Luxury Welcome Drinks Attendant

We are hiring a Luxury Welcome Drinks Attendant for W Melbourne.

- Set up and serve welcome drinks at the Living Room (reception area) for arriving guests following our quality and W Service standards.
- Ensure glasses are clean, polished, and neatly arranged on the welcome scene table; collect used glasses and refresh them.
- Maintain a tidy, organized welcome scene table.
- Replenish the welcome drinks and water station at the Living Room as needed.
- Greet and engage with every guest with warmth, addressing their needs professionally and promptly for a positive service experience.
- Conduct weekly inventory of drinks and glassware.
- Assist the Wheels (Porter/Valet) team with luggage handling, room drops, and other reasonable requests.
- Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every guest interaction.

- Full availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Previous experience in serving drinks or luxury guest service is highly desirable.
