Capgemini in Australia is seeking a Service Cloud Technical Consultant to build, extend and integrate SAP Service Cloud capabilities for the EDP Replacement programme. You will work under the Technical Lead to deliver scope iteratively through system test, SIT and UAT.

Responsibilities include developing custom objects, UI changes, CPI integration flows, data migration and reporting. The role requires 5+ years in utilities or related sectors and solid SAP CX/CRM technical expertise.
