James Cook University (JCU) invites applications for two Scheduling Services Officers to support the timetable, class registration and room booking functions. These are full time fixed-term roles based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus, Douglas, with appointments until August 2027 and January 2028.
You will collaborate with academic areas, manage scheduling priorities, and use specialist scheduling systems to deliver accurate, responsive services to staff and students.
