Salary: $180,000 – $250,000

We’re seeking an experienced Project Commercial Managerto take full commercial ownership of a major infrastructure project in New South Wales. This role will lead the financial and contractual governance of the program — from reporting and claims to procurement and risk.It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, shaping commercial strategy, and working closely with delivery partners to ensure profitable outcomes.Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsLeading contract negotiations and managing commercial riskFinalising subcontractor agreements and reviewing commercial performanceAdvising project leadership on contractual and financial mattersManaging project insurances, claims, and notificationsMentoring junior commercial staff and embedding commercial disciplineAbout you:



Background in civil construction or infrastructure deliveryPrevious experience managing commercial teams on large projectsStrong understanding of contract law, cost management, and financial reportingConfident communicator with excellent negotiation skillsCapable of driving commercial performance while maintaining robust client relationshipsTertiary qualifications in Construction, Law, Quantity Surveying, or AccountingDriver’s licence and willingness to travel if requiredBe careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
