Salary: $180,000 – $250,000

UpGuard is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction across Product Engineering. You will remain hands-on while guiding architecture and scaling to process massive risk signals daily, collaborating with leadership to shape platform roadmaps.You will contribute across squads, owning critical architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and raising the bar as we grow. A robust background in TS/React, Go, Postgres, and Kubernetes will help you succeed in this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
