Initially focused on strengthening and scaling our Gold Coast operations, this is a role where you'll lay the foundations — and then grow the business you lead. As CLC expands across South East Queensland, so does your remit.This isn't a caretaker role. It's a leadership position for someone who gets energy from building — and who wants the backing of a group that's already done it at scale. This is a hands on role!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading CLC's Queensland operations — setting the standard, holding the line, and driving commercial performance across the portfolioBuilding and developing General Managers/ Property Manager and Brand Leads, with a genuine focus on team culture and long-term capabilityOwning owner relationships at a senior level — acquisition, retention, and high-value escalationsTaking accountability for P&L; performance, revenue management, and portfolio growth across QLDOverseeing guest experience standards and ensuring consistent,



high-quality delivery across all propertiesWorking closely with the COO to align Queensland strategy with the broader CLG group directionContributing to CLG's expansion as new markets open up across South East QueenslandWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Genuine leadership experience in short-term rental, holiday accommodation, hospitality, or property management — ideally across multiple sites or brandsA commercial operator — you understand P&L;, revenue performance, and what drives a healthy portfolioSomeone who leads people well — you develop GMs, not just manage them.Strong owner and stakeholder relationship skills — you're the person owners trust with their most important assetComfortable with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia) and property management systemsExperience with agile pricing tools and revenue management strategies is a genuine advantageA builder at heart — motivated by growth, not just maintenance.
