This role sits within a high-performing Maintenance Response Centre, providing critical support to a diverse range of clients including schools, public housing tenants, government agencies and community stakeholders. If you enjoy customer service, administration and problem-solving in a busy environment, this could be the perfect prospect.Your new roleAs a Maintenance Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support within a busy contact centre environment. You will work as part of a collaborative team, handling maintenance requests, coordinating responses and ensuring service delivery standards and KPIs are achieved.Key responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and correspondence channelsResponding to maintenance enquiries and service requests from tenants and external stakeholdersManaging incoming and outgoing calls within a high-volume environmentCreating and processing work orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining records, databases and information systemsPreparing documentation, reports and correspondenceLiaising with contractors,
