Ready to join a family-focused GP clinic where you can build lasting relationships with your patients?Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with a well-established family GP clinic to find a Practice Nurse to join their team in Clayfield, QLD, on a permanent full-time basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse who enjoys variety in their day and continuity of patient care, and who is looking for a stable Monday to Friday role in a friendly, community-focused practice.The ClinicYou’ll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team made up of:4 GPs1 Registered Nurse1 Enrolled NurseAllied Health professionals1 Practice ManagerWith a small, collaborative team, you’ll have the support of experienced colleagues while being a valued part of the clinic. The team works closely together to deliver high-quality, family-centred care to the local community.The RoleThis is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (38 hours per week). You’ll work closely with the GPs, nursing team and Practice Manager to support the smooth running of the clinic.Your responsibilities will include:Childhood, adult and travel immunisationsWound care, dressings and suture/staple removalChronic disease management and GP Management Plans / Team Care ArrangementsHealth assessments, including 75+ and other MBS health checksECGs,
