About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead the clinical and care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong clinical governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams
- Drive clinical excellence, quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care Standards
- Oversee care planning, medication management,



clinical documentation and risk management
- Monitor Direct Care Minutes, clinical performance and workforce requirements
- Support AN-ACC assessments and funding optimisation
- Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
- Work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive care outcomes

About You We are seeking a confident, hands-on clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care and developing high-performing teams.

To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
- Solid knowledge of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience in clinical governance, accreditation, audits and quality improvement
- Sound understanding of AN-ACC, Direct Care Minutes and workforce planning
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain

Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications, IPC Lead certification or budget management experience.
