We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join a supportive and collaborative team.In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal teams by managing orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer sales orders accurately using SAPProvide customers with updates regarding stock availability, pricing, delivery delays, and estimated arrival timesFollow up with customers before and after service deliveryRespond to product, order,
