Depending on your experience, you’ll be involved in:Providing Level 2 and 3 technical support across multiple client environmentsTroubleshooting more complex technical issues and identifying root causesSupporting Microsoft Cloud,



infrastructure and Contemporary Workplace environmentsAssisting with cloud migrations and infrastructure projectsGetting involved in security-related projects and solutionsParticipating in client discovery and potentially assisting with solution designVisiting customer sites when requiredBuilding trusted relationships and acting as a technical advisor to clientsImproving documentation, processes and internal systemsWorking alongside senior engineers and learning from experienced technical specialistsWhat You’ll BringYou don’t need to know everything.
