Job DescriptionSMAART Recruitment is partnering with an established Melbourne-based data and technology business to recruit a Senior Sales Executive. The business provides identity verification, AML/CTF and data products through its software platforms and APIs.With established products, growing demand in Australia and plans to expand internationally, they’re looking for someone who can open new doors and take larger deals from first conversation through to contract.The roleDevelop new business across Australia through your network and proactive outreachUnderstand client needs and position the right identity, compliance or data solutionsManage the full sales process, including discovery, proposals, negotiations and closeBuild relationships with multiple stakeholders and navigate longer enterprise sales cyclesWork with product and technical colleagues on complex client requirementsShare market feedback and support less experienced sales colleaguesWe’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in winning new B2B business and managing deals through to contractConfident building relationships with senior decision makersComfortable selling SaaS, API or data products and explaining how they solve client problemsAble to create their own pipeline while progressing existing opportunitiesInterested in mentoring others while remaining hands-on in salesExperience in identity verification, AML/CTF or financial crime technology would be highly regarded.
