Peppers Moonah Links Resort in Fingal, VIC, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our superstar team. You will lead a busy kitchen across multiple outlets, partner with the Executive Chef, and drive quality, cost control and staff development in a fast-paced setting.

We value a natural leader with proven Sous Chef experience, capable of managing prep, ordering and kitchen processes while supporting a rotating 7-day roster that includes mornings, nights and weekends.
