McArthur Aged Care Sunshine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Clinical Care Partner in the Sunshine region. This locum to permanent role provides clinical oversight and management for about 20 home care clients, combining hands-on nursing with leadership and mentoring.

You will lead care planning, assessments and interventions, while ensuring alignment with aged care quality standards.
