As Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you’ll combine advanced clinical practice with hands-on leadership, contributing to individualised rehabilitation and recovery plans while working collaboratively with consumers, carers and a multidisciplinary team. Partner with the Team Manager to coordinate clinical services, mentor and develop staff, champion best practice and support workforce planning, recruitment and performance development. Bring your ideas, lead with confidence and help shape a service where people, recovery and exceptional care come first!

About you:

You’re a motivated mental health nursing professional ready to grow your leadership skills, support your team and make a lasting impact on consumer recovery. You will bring:

- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience
- Must have completed an approved mental health course and/or hold a qualification in mental health practice
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
- Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses
- Ability to be creative, innovative and versatile when approaching issues within the healthcare setting
