The Role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Chef to join our kitchen team. Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen crew, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, authentic dishes during busy lunch and dinner services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present classic Italian dishes adhering to Enzo's recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Run a busy section efficiently during high-volume services.
- Assist in prep work, mise en place, and kitchen organisation.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation (HACCP compliant).
- Monitor stock rotation, minimise wastage, and maintain freshness across all produce.




- Collaborate positively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

About You:

- Experience: At least 2 years of proven commercial kitchen experience as a Chef.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, thorough understanding of authentic Italian cooking techniques, and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Credentials: Relevant commercial cookery qualifications (Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent trade experience).
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and a genuine team player.
- Availability: Versatile availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
