Carrabay is seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to join our team.

Duties include:

- Advising managers on employee performance, workplace relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinating recruitment and selection activities according to organisational staffing requirements.
- Organising employee induction and advising staff on employment conditions, salaries and career progression opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and human resource information systems.
- Interpreting employment legislation, awards, agreements and contracts to provide advice on employment conditions and HR procedures.
- Supporting the development, implementation and review of human resource policies and procedures.
- Providing information to internal and external candidates about current job vacancies within the company, including role requirements and employment conditions.

Essential requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide transparent advice and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
