The role:

As a Paralegal in this successful and agile team, you will have end-to-end file management within the residential lending team.Banking and Financeexperience is advantageousbut is not fundamentally essential in order to be considered. The firm will also consider A - Z Conveyancing Paralegals.

You will be responsible for:

- assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation
- checking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirements
- preparing lender's certifications
- liaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external parties
- arranging settlements (paper and PEXA)




- preparing accounts' paperwork and settlement instructions
- ensuring security documentation is returned to the relevant trustee within service levels.

About you:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property or Banking Paralegal in a law firm;
- Exceptional client relationship skills;
- Ability to prioritise your work and meet deadlines;
- Positive demeanor and adaptability;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; and
- Be a team player who is happy to assist their colleagues when required.
